In other news, I have the armchair primed, I'm just waiting for payday so I can get some enamel for it and the rocking chair. I'm going to have to find a fabric store that sells upholstery foam, Michaels didn't have any.
We went to the company picnic yesterday; the kids had a lot of fun. Rocky and Maria got to try one of those bungee-jumper things.

The front room looks good! Swiper is funny! It is hot here. At present the 'feels like temp' (at 10:00 pm) is 105. Just like in San Antonio!
Mr. Parslow? From the novel? He's so tiny! Stephen looks as if he might nom him for a snack. Also, props on the chair. Like the front room; you should paint that top hangy-down bit with chalkboard paint and have your own private doodle spot that no-one else in the house can reach. = )

Mr. Parslow is a midshipman in 'Post Captain', and I really, really love the ideas of a blackboard up there! I'm going to try to paint it tomorrow!
